What we collect
Your email address (to sign you in), the photos you upload, your answers to the questions the app asks, and your selling settings (ship-from ZIP, handling time, returns).
Your eBay account
When you connect eBay, eBay gives us an access token so we can create and manage listings for you. We store it encrypted and use it only for actions you start: checking a listing, posting it, changing its price or ending it. We store your eBay user ID and username to keep the connection. Disconnect any time in Settings, or revoke access from your eBay account; we then delete the token.
How your photos and details are processed
Photos and item details are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to identify items, research prices on the public web and write listing text. They are not used to train models. Photos you post are uploaded to eBay as part of the listing.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. We don't use eBay data to set or suggest prices.
Deleting your data
Delete items in the app at any time. If you close your eBay account, eBay notifies us and we delete the eBay data we hold for you. To delete your whole account, email privacy@presstwo.ai.
